Dear friends of music,
After 20 years of success with the famous "Prague Choral Meetings", which gathered more than 12,000 participants, we are pleased to expand this experience to Africa.
The magnificent city of Marrakech, a true cultural crossroads, will host the third edition of the Marrakech Choral Meeting from November 6 to 9, 2025.
This international event invites choirs from all over the world to share their vocal art, heritage, and culture in a spirit of conviviality and exchange.
An exceptional opportunity to promote the richness of Moroccan ensembles while discovering other musical traditions.
A magical setting: Concerts in iconic venues such as El Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Medersa, and the Church of the Saints Martyrs.
Artistic freedom: A repertoire open to all styles (classical, gospel, folk songs, etc.) and in all languages.
An enriching experience: Cultural exchanges, sharing moments, and a grand collective finale with sheet music provided in advance.
Practical information
Dates: November 6 to 9, 2025
(opportunity to extend your stay to explore Marrakech and its surroundings, such as the Sahara Desert).
Participation: All amateur choirs, with no age or size limit, are welcome.
Registration: The deadline is set for August 15, 2025.
Organizer: The event is designed by the Association of Heritage and Folklore of Marrakech, in collaboration with the Minister of Culture
and the Ministry of Interior
